2017 Senior Ellie

Last summer I was excited to FINALLY photograph this wonderful class of 2017 Blackstone Valley Tech senior, Ellie. I met Ellie back when she was a Freshman in high school, when she grabbed one of my senior portrait flyers for her mom insisting “I’m going to have you do my senior portraits!” Fast forward three years (and how quickly THEY went) and sure enough here we were, planning out her senior portrait session!

Ellie is quite a unique individual, and wanted to make sure we captured that in her portraits. I love when my seniors bring unique props to showcase their favorite activities and hobbies! An Edgar Allen Poe fanatic, we got photos of Ellie her with her collection of favorite books, her sketchbook, and of course her camera.

Ellie will be attending Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) pursuing a degree in Production.

Cataldo Family

Shortly after my photo shoot with the DeMauro family, I had the pleasure of shooting the family of Dan’s sister, Emily. I met up with her and her husband Will and their three boys at Riverbend Farm. What a fun shoot! Her boys are just so silly and adorable, and their oldest was such a good big brother.

Shortly after their photo shoot, I learned that Emily and Will were expecting yet another little boy to add to their family! We just might have to update this photo next year 😉

Edward’s Senior Session

I had the pleasure of photographing another class of 2016 Blackstone Valley Tech senior, Edward. In addition to working as an intern in the Design and Print Center, Edward enjoys being involved in the volleyball program at the school both volunteering with the girls team in the Fall and playing on the Boys Varsity team in the spring. This of course meant we had to get a few shots of him in his favorite volleyball gear 😉

“Monique is a consummate professional, but makes the senior portrait process enjoyable for the client. The final product is what you would expect from the combination of professional and enjoyable – outstanding photos that capture the essence of the person, their personality and their spirit in the most natural and complimentary way possible. We could not have possibly been happier with Edward’s senior portraits. They are keepsakes we will cherish forever.”          – Louise Taylor, Upton

Haylee Senior Fitch's Bridge

Haylee’s Senior Session

I am still in awe that this gorgeous girl is already a senior in high school! I headed out to West Groton, MA on a beautiful summer day to take senior portraits for my cousin, Haylee. We started off taking portraits at Fitch’s Bridge, a historical bridge (that received a complete renovation in 2013) where Haylee spends a lot of time with her friends.

Connor Senior Session

Connor’s Senior Session

I had the pleasure of capturing Connor’s Class of 2015 senior portraits this past summer. I seem to get a lot more female than male clients, so I was excited to have the opportunity to switch it up a bit!

I first met up with Connor at Blackstone Valley Tech to capture some images of him in his football uniform, which he has played there since he was a Freshman. Then we headed over to Riverbend Farm in Uxbridge, MA to capture more traditional portraits. Connor was totally laid back and full of great smiles, which made it easy to capture some great images!
