This September I had the pleasure of photographing a special event for an extraordinary couple. Susan and Ken invited their family and friends to join them in celebrating a renewal of their wedding vows. It was touching to see a couple whose been married so long (41 years and counting!) and clearly still very devoted and in love with one another. I can only hope that my husband and I will be so lucky to share a lifetime of love like they have.
The event was held at 3 Restaurant in Franklin, MA. I was blown away by Susan’s attention to every detail, from the stationery and flowers to the custom food displays; it is evident how much care and thought went into every aspect; she did an absolutely AMAZING job planning a beautiful event.
“We received the pictures yesterday and just wanted to tell you how happy we are with your work. It’s been so much fun going through and remembering the day. I think you captured everyone who was there, and there are some really terrific shot of our families. There was a lot going on, and we were (probably typically) scattered and not easy to pin down. You were so patient and nice. Thank you so much for doing such splendid work for us. These pictures will help us remember the day for our lifetimes.”
