As with many couples this past year, Kerry and Mike were forced to postpone their big wedding. Although covid may have delayed their big celebration, they were determined to still get married on their intended date. Their closest family came together, and while it wasn’t the big wedding in Maine they originally planned, Kerry and Mike were married in an absolutely perfect, heartfelt ceremony in her parents backyard – officiated by Kerry’s brother, John!
These two are two very special people in my family’s lives. Melissa, one of my dearest friends and her best friend / soon-to-be husband, CJ. As with many couples in March 2020, they were faced with the reality that their big wedding would not be able to happen as planned. After many heartfelt discussions and encouragement from their family and friends, Melissa and CJ proceeded with getting married on their original date, with plans to reschedule the big celebration. A few relatives and friends gathered at Melissa’s childhood home, while the rest of their wedding guests tuned in through Facebook Live, to witness Melissa and CJ exchange vows to become husband and wife.
I felt truly blessed to be able to capture this day for them.
Joyce and Max were married in a small ceremony this past December, and this weekend I had so much fun capturing the celebration with their friends and family at the Medfield American Legion. Mr. and Mrs. Salgado I feel so blessed to have been able to witness the wedding of these two beautiful souls. Them, the outpouring of love from both of their families, this intimate ceremony at the Weston Town Hall just had all the feels.
I met up with Katie and Jose to capture their ceremony and some portraits of the newlyweds. They are just so adorable together, laughing and joking around the whole time, even through the very chilly December evening portraits!
I am so unbelievably happy for the two of you, and can’t wait to see all that the future has in store for you! Cheers!
I have known Lauren for a VERY long time. We grew up in the same small town, and when we were older she used to take amazing care of my oldest daughter in preschool. Lauren reached out last February and asked if I could photograph her wedding in September, and at first my heart sank, because I had just found out I was expecting my second baby and that it would be too close to the due date. I had to spill the beans that I was pregnant (before we had announced it yet) so I wouldn’t be available. Then she told me it was September 2017, and I was A – so excited that I would available to capture their special day and B – so impressed with how ahead of the game Lauren was with planning 🙂
Lauren and Bryan are just the sweetest couple, it was such a pleasure working with them in the planning stages and on the actual wedding day. Even with the rain, nothing was stopping them from making the most of this big day. Their celebration filled with so much love and laughter, and their guests were up rocking it out on the dance floor all night! I have to admit I was actually disappointed when the night was over!

I had the privilege of second shooting this summer wedding with my dear friend, Alisha Maria Photography. The cliff-side ceremony was held at the Captain’s House, an absolutely beautiful bed and breakfast in Rockport, MA. I then went to capture the cocktail hour and reception at the Community House of Rockport.
This past weekend I had the pleasure of shooting some engagement photos for Ashley and Tom at the Hopedale Pond and Parklands in Hopedale, MA. There was still plenty of Fall foliage lingering for November, which provided the perfectly quintessential New England backdrop for our session. Ashley told me about all the unique, custom details she has been working on for her wedding, including a custom card box her and her dad were making together (p.s. if you haven’t seen the work by Old New England Restoration, owned by Ashley’s dad, you should check them out – BEAUTIFUL!).
Ashley and Tom are getting married next June at the beautiful Tower Hill Botanic Garden in Boylston, MA. I am very disappointed that I had to turn down photographing their wedding there, however, it is my daughter’s birthday that weekend and as beautiful as that location is, my pookie comes first <3

I had always dreamed of shooting at Zukas Hilltop Barn in Spencer, MA, so when my good friend Alisha Maria Photography asked me to second shoot a wedding with her there my response was a very quick “umm, absolutely!” without even looking at my calendar! I took getting ready shots of Mike and the guys at his dad’s house before we headed over to Zukas. Their ceremony was absolutely beautiful, and their reception was full of so much fun, laughter, and dancing – I didn’t want to leave at the end of the night!
One of my favorite types of sessions to photograph are engagement sessions. Capturing the excitement, the love a couple has for one another, the laughter – it’s just such a joyous time in their life, and I love being a part of it. Now when it’s my best friend getting married, forget it! I had so much fun during this session with Jessica and Ed, and nothing makes me happier than seeing someone treat her so well, and how happy he makes her.
For their session, we traveled to one of their favorite places, Webb Memorial State Park in North Weymouth. They brought along their beloved terrier, Milo, who is absolutely one of the sweetest dogs I think I’ve ever met. He’s such a little lovebug!

What better day for an engagement session than Valentine’s Day!
After shooting their family portraits in September, I was excited to have the opportunity to photograph Courtney and Daniel again for their engagement session! They are so much fun to work with, and just naturals in front of the camera. This time we met up at the beautiful old mills in Whitinsville, MA, and I couldn’t be happier with how these turned out – you two are absolutely stunning!
